STUDIO TERMS

Hello and thanks for booking into Bear Bites Horse Studio (the ‘Studio’).

By proceeding with your booking at the Studio, you understand that you are entering a working music production environment. As such, certain risks are present, including but not limited to:

• excessive sound levels,

• loose cables on floors or suspended from ceilings,

• vintage electronic equipment, and so on.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to be aware of your surroundings and avoid these potential hazards, and that you will follow at all times the instructions of the Owner of the Studio or any of his delegates including anyone else operating the Studio at the time of your booking.

You agree that in the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by the Owner, the Owner is not responsible for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of your property, equipment or belongings, or those of your bandmates, employees, clients, contractors or any other person accompanying you to the Studio.

You agree that you will not consume drugs or excess alcohol on the premises and any acts in contravention of this, and any acts or omissions in contravention of the rest of these terms, could result in the non-refundable cancellation of your booking at the Studio and the release of the Owner from any on-going obligations, at the Owner’s discretion. By proceeding with your booking at the Studio you agree that these terms will apply during the booking in question and during any future visits, projects or rentals at the Studio. These terms are governed by English law and any waiver or unenforceability of any single part of these terms does not affect the continuing validity of the remaining part of these terms.
